PREMHA aims to provide psychiatrists with a forum where confidential professional dialogue can occur on the contentious and sensitive topic of racism.

As such members are entitled to feel they have the trust of colleagues when sharing information that is of a personal nature. Similarly information regarding others should be in a de-identified form to avoid breaching confidentiality unless in the public domain.

The AHPRA and RANZCP codes on professional conduct should be viewed as the operating guidelines for posts.
